To installing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) piping systems, kindly confirm the pipe size to take lubricant according to the size and fitting area. Solvent resin to chemically fuse the pipe and fitting at the compound level.

Step 1: Cut the Pipe gently and make sure the saw which you use is blade in fine toothed and sharp you can cut pipe by any tools like circular saw, miter saw, hand saw or ratchet cutter.
Note: if some how pipe is cracked of cut incorrect then you need to measure 5 CM from the damage or crack pipe and re-cut.

Step 2: Clean surface area by using knife or neat cloths to remove dust and all filings and scrap at the pipe end. now take sandpaper and gently scrolled at the pipe edge.

Step 3:Apply HammerWeld Solvent Cement to the outside of the pipe now press both joint end to get inside remember after puting lubricant on joint edge you have to join quickly at the solvent cement get evaporate soon.

Step 4: After inserting the pipe wait for 15 second to allow union to set properly. with 5 to 10 second all the solvent gone now your joint is finished and ready to use pipe.
