Suitable Areas
- Material: Large tiles/heavy stones: For tiles over \(3\)m high or for large/heavy tiles, high porosity ceramic, fully vitrified, mosiacs tiles, granite, marble and all types of stones.
- Substrate: Cement based screed, mortar beds, gypsum & cement plaster, insulation panelling systems, fibre slabs, waterproofing products & other cement based concrete surfaces.
- Area of application: For both floor & walls in internal & external dry and wet areas. Excellent for elevation purposes and exterior requirements.
Certification
Type 4 C2TES1 – Type 4 Indicates a high-strength adhesive for demanding applications. This ISO Standard Tile adhesive class is perfect for fixing tiles and stones on surfaces that are prone to light deformation or vibration. It works well with large vitrified tiles and natural stones, making it a versatile choice. TileOX 405 Tile Adhesive is excellent examples of this class.
Limitations & Precautions:
- Do not add extra materials in this powder like sand or cement.
- Ensuring the surface is clean, dry and oil free.
- Always use notched trowel for better and equal spread of adhesive.
- Protecting it from rainfall and foot traffic for at least 24 hours.
