🧭 About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dynamic sales professionals to drive sales of our tile adhesives, sanitary ware, epoxy, waterproofing, grouting, putty, and construction chemicals through a robust distributor and sub-dealer network. This role requires fieldwork, business development, and relationship-building to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales in your assigned region (B2B)
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors/sub-dealers
- Achieve sales targets and build sales pipelines
- Conduct cold-calling, new customer acquisition, and product demos
- Support business development initiatives
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports
- Provide customer support and resolve issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and product delivery
- Up-sell and cross-sell to maximize revenue
- Represent the company at business meetings and trade events
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Graduate Degree (BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS)
- Minimum 50% throughout academics, no backlogs
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of sales experience (especially in industrial or construction-related sectors)
- Experience in field sales, cold-calling, and client visits
- Prior success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must), knowledge of Tally is a bonus
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
