Chemical Composition: Plastochem Airtight Adhesive typically contains a mixture of solvents and CPVC resin. The solvents help soften the CPVC material, allowing it to fuse together when the solvent evaporates, creating a strong bond.
High-Temperature Resistance: Plasto chem plumbing lubricant glue is designed to withstand higher temperatures compared to PVC solvent cement, making it suitable for hot water applications such as in residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Pressure Resistance: CPVC pipes and fittings joined with solvent cement can handle greater pressure than standard PVC, making them suitable for applications where higher pressure is expected, such as in industrial settings or fire sprinkler systems.
Compatibility: CPVC solvent cement is compatible with CPVC pipes and fittings of the same size and schedule. It’s important to use solvent cement specifically formulated for CPVC to ensure proper adhesion and compatibility.

Brookfield Viscosity – Minimum 500 cP at 27°C.
Store in Cool and Dry Place at Room Temperature.
