Critical joints between the tiles laid in kitchen, bathroom, Swimming pool & high traffic able areas where material resist physical abuse, shock and chemical attacks. It can fill the gap starting from 1.5mm to 15mm.
Know How to Use Epoxy Grout 402
- Start filling the joints after 24 hours of laying tiles.
- Mix TileOX Epoxy Resin (Part A) with TileOX Epoxy hardener (Part B) thoroughly in desired ratio with the help of mixing paddle into a suitable container.
- Add TileOX Epoxy Grout Filler 402 (Part C) gradually to create a non slumpy uniform colored solution. For wider joints, more filler may be necessary.
- Apply the mixture in the joints with the help of rubber backed trowel or squeeze.
- Clean the tiles after 10 min with the help of wet sponge.
- Allow it to dry and then use TileOX Tile Cleaner for better finish.

Tempreture
Recommended to use between 15O C – 35O C. Low temperature decreases flow, delay set & strength development. Product becomes thinner and more workable at high temperature and create stronger joints.
Limitations & Precautions:
- Cover the TileOX 402 Epoxy Grout with plastic sheet to protect it from the traffic and dust for atleast 12 hrs.
- Light boot traffic is allowed after 24 hours and heavy traffic is allowed after 72 hrs of installation.
- Take extra precaution while using the epoxy grout. Wear gloves and goggles while application.
- Avoid contact with skin. Avoid contact with eyes, in case of contact wash it with running water and seek medical emergency.
- Any cut or harm with iron tools should be consulted medically.
