TileOX Epoxy Grout 402
EPOXY BASED WATERPROOF TILE JOINT FILLER
TileOX Epoxy grout 402 is a stain free, colored, fast, chemical resistant Epoxy Grout for filling the gaps between the floor and wall tiles. It has superior strength and can be used for large format of applications of Ceramic, fully vitrified tiles and stones.

Temperature: Recommended to use between 15O C – 35O C. Low temperature decreases flow, delay set & strength development. Product becomes thinner and more workable at high temperature and create stronger joints.
Precautions: Cover the TileOX 402 Epoxy Grout with plastic sheet to protect it from the traffic and dust for atleast 12 hrs. Light boot traffic is allowed after 24 hours and heavy traffic is allowed after 72 hrs of installation.
APPLICATION AREA
Critical joints between the tiles laid in kitchen, bathroom, Swimming pool & high traffic able areas where material resist physical abuse, shock and chemical attacks. It can fill the gap starting from 1.5mm to 15mm.
HOW TO USE
- Start filling the joints after 24 hours of laying tiles.
- Mix TileOX Epoxy Resin (Part A) with TileOX Epoxy hardener (Part B) thoroughly in desired ratio with the help of mixing paddle into a suitable container.
- Add TileOX Epoxy Grout Filler 402 (Part C) gradually to create a non slumpy uniform colored solution. For wider joints, more filler may be necessary.
- Apply the mixture in the joints with the help of rubber backed trowel or squeeze.
- Clean the tiles after 10 min with the help of wet sponge.
- Allow it to dry and then use TileOX Tile Cleaner for better finish.
Mixing Ratio (by weight): Resin (Part A) + Hardner (Part B) + Filler (Part C)

Cautions: Take extra precaution while using the epoxy grout. Wear gloves and goggles while application. Avoid contact with skin. Avoid contact with eyes, in case of contact wash it with running water and seek medical emergency. Any cut or harm with iron tools should be consulted medically.
